About Me

I am a third-year PhD student in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering at Iowa State University, advised by Dr. Jundi Liu and Dr. Bowen Weng.

The line of research that interests me most is modeling the contextual, noisy, sometimes irrational, and inherently heterogeneous nature of human behavior through implicit and explicit feedback during interactions with autonomous agents, particularly in data-scarce settings. By critically examining current socially aware multi-agent navigation systems, my research seeks to incorporate insights from psychology, sociology, and economics into their design. Another line of my research investigates the alignment between multisource measures of human behavior, developing reliable and adaptive solutions for socially aware systems that lean on one or a combination of these measures.

Before my PhD, I completed my BS at Sharif University of Technology.
